Please fill out the following form in order to request a courtesy evaluation of your unofficial transcripts. Courtesy evals are a tool to give you a general idea of how classes will transfer over to JU. Official evaluations are completed by the registrar's office once an applicant has been officially admitted to Jacksonville University.
